We’re thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our dynamic team at our prestigious Aesthetic Clinic in Leeds. We’re looking for a part-time Receptionist to provide exceptional service, supporting our clinic’s operations and delivering a seamless experience for our valued clients.

Role Details:

  • Location: Aesthetic Clinic, Leeds

  • Working Hours: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays (4:30 pm – 8:00 pm) & Saturdays (9:00 am – 5:00 pm)

  • Start Date: May 2025 (official start date: 24th May 2025)

  • Training will be required 1-2 weeks prior to the official start date.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking an individual who is:

  • Highly professional, presentable, and discreet

  • Reliable and efficient, with a strong attention to detail

  • Capable of handling high-pressure situations while maintaining a friendly, calm demeanour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and managing phone inquiries with professionalism

  • Booking appointments and managing schedules

  • Responding to emails and client inquiries promptly

  • Engaging on Social Media platforms

  • General administrative tasks (e.g. maintaining client records)

  • Ensuring the clinic remains clean, tidy, and welcoming

  • Maintaining stock levels and assisting with clinic inventory

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong proficiency in computer and office software

  • Experience in customer-facing roles is essential

  • Experience with Pabau software is a significant advantage
